This User Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Bunkros Identity Lab ("Bunkros," “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the bunkros.net website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site” or "the Lab").

By using the Lab, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the terms in this Agreement. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Lab and you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

The Lab is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Lab. By using the Lab, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.

2. Description of Service & Experimental Nature

You acknowledge that the tools, AI interactions, prompts, and content provided here are experimental and for non-commercial, personal use only. They are intended for creative exploration, self-reflection, and education. **They are not, and should never be considered, a substitute for professional, medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.** Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Lab's tools ethically and responsibly. You agree not to:

  • Use the Lab for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Harm, manipulate, deceive, threaten, or harass any person.
  • Use insights gained for judgment, exploitation, or malicious purposes.
  • Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Lab or any part thereof.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Lab or the networks or services connected to the Lab.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Lab is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal, non-commercial use only.

5. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content, including journals, notes, or any other materials ("User Content") that you create within the Lab. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by creating User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and reproduce your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Lab's services to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Lab is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. You agree that your use of the Lab and our services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Lab and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Lab’s content and we will assume no liability or responsibility for any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content and materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Lab, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us. .

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the Lab; (2) your breach of this User Agreement; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in this User Agreement; or (4) your violation of the rights of a third party.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and your use of the Lab are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and the Parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such courts.

10. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account and discontinuing use of the Lab. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Lab for any reason at any time.
